Shipping Information:
Please note that the majority of our products are very heavy and will be delivered by truck. You must have a loading dock or forklift available to unload. If you don't have this available, you can choose a Liftgate delivery at the time of checkout. This type of truck will lower the palleted product down to the ground and place it on the street or sidewalk. If it needs to be delivered inside or in residential locations, there will be an extra charge, please contact us before ordering. Items such as tables and benches will require assembly.
Most of our items are made to order, so standard shipping time is 3 to 4 weeks. If you need an item sooner, please email us with the item description and we will check if it is in stock for immediate shipping.
Shipping Damage:
Please inspect your shipment closely before signing the shipping documents. If there is any damage you must note this on the documents and have the driver sign also. Please refuse the damaged portion of the delivery. Any freight that is not noted as damaged at the time of delivery is not eligible for a claim. If you do have an eligible claim, we will file it for you and send a new item at no cost.
Returns:
While you can return a product for any reason, please note that you will be responsible for shipping charges both to and from your location and a 10% restocking fee. As shipping can be quite expensive on heavy items, please be sure of your choices when you order. If you have any questions on sizes or colors please contact us.
Warranty:
Concrete products carry a two year warranty from delivery. Metal products and plastic lids and liners carry a one year warranty. This warranty is against maufacturing defects and does not cover damage from extreme weather conditions, vandalism or accidents.
